Will the educator

Will has been coaching students for several years. His sweet spot lies in empowering teens to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. â€‹Will has worked with teens of many persuasions: he has helped students with ADHD and subclinical problems (such as technology addiction) develop better attention habits, has supported school-refusal students, and has coached highly talented students to win international academic competitions.

Before coaching, Will had a successful executive career with over 10 years of experience across the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. He was the Chief Commercial Officer at Year13, where he helped build Australia's largest career and life advice platform for youth. Before his 6 years in Education, he was the General Manager at CauseForce and led efforts to raise $130M for cancer research. Will has also had stints as a Management Consultant including working for the English Cricket Board.

As a coach, Will seeks to create a safe space for his clients, and his sessions are fun, interactive, and uplifting. The families he works with describe him as "wise, inspiring, and dedicated."

Will the learner

From as early as he can remember, Will loved learning. He couldn't wait to start school, so he commenced a year young and hasn't looked back.

Will attended Barker College in Sydney and went on to graduate from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Finance and Accounting. Later, he studied Executive Education at UC Berkeley.

In 2024, Will completed a Psychology Degree with straight High Distinctions (4.0 GPA, 88 WAM) and came first in 6 (of 12) subjects.

Will's intellectual interests outside academics include classical literature. He cites The Brothers Karamazov, Atlas Shrugged, and For Whom The Bell Tolls as among the most moving novels he has read. Always up for a challenge, Will was stumped by Joyce's Ulysses but remains steadfast in his hope to conquer it in his lifetime.

Will is a keen learner and enjoys sharing his learning experiences with his students. His university lecturer describes him as "analytical, perceptive, and driven."

Will the adventurer

When Will graduated high school he set his sights on exploring as much of the world as possible. Since then, Will has trekked in the Himalayas, surfed typhoons in Japan, and hiked in the Amazon.

Will is a keen surfer and has travelled the world in pursuit of perfect waves. While Will has travelled extensively, his fondest exploration is his interior journey. Will has spent over 1,000 hours in meditation and credits his time on the cushion as a key driver of his personal growth.

Will is always keen to explore and loves doing so with the people who mean the most to him. â€‹Will is grateful for his close relationships with family, his friends across the globe, and community. â€‹Those closest to Will describe him as "wholehearted, attentive, and compassionate."
